NBR Group comprises NBR International Pty Ltd and NBR Tyres Pty Ltd.
NBR International Pty Ltd was established in 1994 to market and distribute quality rubber compounds, in particular tyre retreading materials, manufactured by Malaysian based Nam Bee Rubber & Tyre Group.
Nam Bee Rubber & Tyre Group, established in 1938 and with over 80 years of experience, is one of Malaysia’s leading and pioneering firms in the rubber and tyre industry.

As part of our sustainability commitments, we develop and promote Natural Rubber based Custom Mix / Technical Rubber Compounds.
NBR Tyres Pty Ltd was established in 2004 to provide tyre retreading and repairs services to the Australian market.
In June 2020 we acquired the tyre retreading operations of Metro Tyres. We then relocated our tyre retreading plant and merged it with that of Metro Tyres located in 24 Peachtree Road, Penrith 2750, NSW.
In January 2022 we acquired another tyre retreading operations, that of Perth based Ecogreen (previously Dan West) Retreads, which has been in operations since 1985, giving us a valuable footprint in Western Australia.
We provide tyre retreading services for light truck, truck and bus tyres, and repair services for any tyre, including agriculture, Off The Road (OTR), mining and industrial tyres.
With a monthly capacity of over 6,000 retreaded tyres per month, NBR Tyres Pty Ltd is one of the largest independently owned tyre retreading operations in Australia.
